Services & Prices
We believe in making repairs affordable for everyone. That is why we have a fixed price on our repairs.
Our fixed prices include the cost of parts, labour and delivery/collection (geographically dependant). If, at the diagnostic stage, the cost of parts/labour exceeds the fixed price, you will have the option to pay the flat rate of £40 for the diagnosis, or you can pay the difference for a full repair.

Have an issue with your machine and need it fixed ASAP?
We pay for Collection of your machine, parts, labour & return all under the same price of £210.
Built-in Repair
from £120
Have an issue with a built in coffee machine? No problem
We are able to visit your home up to 30 miles from our base in Barton. Pay £120 for the call out (which includes the first hour of labour when we arrive) and only pay for parts & labour.
Collection Area
If you live within the shaded area on the map, we will come to collect your machine free of charge and deliver it once the repair is complete.
If you live up to 3 miles outside of the shaded area, contact us with your post code and address. Promises can't be made, but we may still be able to collect your machine.
Courier Service
If you live outside of the shaded area, we will provide a postage label, free of charge, for a doorstep courier collection, or over the counter drop.
Once, the repair is complete, we will return your machine via courier.
We are not responsible for any damage sustained during transit.
Alternatively, you can deliver your machine yourself to our office subject to pre a booked service slot.
