COFFEE MEDICS MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. COFFEE MEDICS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
14. Orders & Returns Policy
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. For more information on your statutory rights, please contact your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Our Returns Policy
Aborted Call out
You have the right to cancel any booked attendance more than 24 hours from the planned date of attendance. Cancellation of attendance under 24 hours from, or while the job is ongoing, a cancellation fee of £60 applies on top of the costs already incurred for parts & equipment.
Flexi Price
You agree to pay £40 upfront. This entitles you to a diagnosis as to the perceived fault with your machine by Us. This diagnosis is always made to the best of our ability with the symptoms present. It is possible that once a repair has been made following this diagnosis, further parts may be required. You will be expected to manage the delivery & collection of your machine.
Fixed Price
We assume responsibility for collecting your machine from your residence. If you wish to drop off your machine, you do at your own expense with no reflection in the price. All machines going through a postal service should be packaged appropriately. We do not assume any responsibility for damage sustained during transit. Machines will be repackaged in the same box & padding as they were sent in, therefore all responsibility for safe delivery falls to you and the postal services. If a machines required repairs exceed a cost threshold unable to be covered by the fixed price, We will notify You about the next available steps.
Unopened Products
Orders can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of payment if the product is unopened. Please contact our customer service team at service@coffeemedics.co.uk to arrange a return.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Incorrect or Missing Items
If you receive an incorrect or missing item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you or issue a refund for the missing item.
Returns Process
To return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at service@coffeemedics.co.uk to obtain a returns authorisation number.
Package the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
Attach the returns authorisation number to the package.
Send the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please allow 7 working days for the refund to be processed.
Exceptions
Certain products may be excluded from our returns policy, such as personalised or made-to-order items. Please contact our customer service team for more information.

15. Limitation of Liability
COFFEE MEDICS'S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE T&Cs SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO COFFEE MEDICS FOR THE SERVICES IN THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE DATE ON WHICH THE CLAIM AROSE.
CERTAIN JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
16. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We may update this Privacy Policy & Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on our website. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
