In this spirit we have spent the day with the official SMEG service & parts provider in the UK, Servevast Direct.
At Servevast we received expert knowledge and insight into the parts, assemblies and control systems of the SMEG coffee machines. We totally disassembled, reassembled and even repaired machines while there. We worked on BCC01, BCC02, ECF01 & DCF02 machines while there.
A huge thankyou to the Amazing team down at Servevast for their friendliness, time and sharing of experience to help us provide the best service for our customers.
